  1. NOw you have to be patient! some people get this really easy but it took me a long time to get my full twist! (I didnt knwo where I was in the air!!!) To start...learn a half twist. Do this by turning yiur head to the left and bringing both arms by your side. This should be done after you ahve brought yoru arms up to your ears for the layout. once you have this...you can bring your arms in tight to your left shoulder instead of straight down by your side. This is teh correct way to twist! However dont forget that you must always do the somersault first befor you twist! good luck and message me if you need help!

  2. Go up in a plank like position and lok at your left shoulder and PULL! Let it pull naturally like dont force it.

  3. first go to a tumble track and try a half...just think of doing a layout and once you see the ground (so you know you've flipped by your head) turn your stomach towards the left. Once you get good at that you can twist earlier and earlier and once you feel confident, try a full
