  1. It doesn't matter how long it took other people to get there flyaways.  Don't be scared. If you let go at the right time you wont come closeto hittingyour toes.  And hitting your toes on the bar isn't that bad, I have done it a couple time because I letgo too late, but with a spot it hardly hurts. GO FOR IT! GOOD LUCK!

  2. I dont really rember when i got my flyaway, i think it might have taken me anywhere from a week to two, but if you have your coach spot you in a way you feel comfortable, you will be able to feel more comfortable with the skill.  when you feel comfortable, you will be brave, ready, ad you will have the expirience of doing flyaways, with the saftey of your coach spotting.  any ways, if you let go when you see your feet meet the ceiling, there is no way you could hit your feet.  my coach helped me with the same problem in level seven.  if you are doing a tuck, you wont hit your feet either.  this skill comes naturally, and usually if you do a tap swing up to where you see your feet, and then let go and tuck, you will flip over naturally.

  3. I am in intermitete to but I only have one class a week and it took me about 3 days of gynastics!!!Good luck

  4. About one practice, I had my coach spot me until I could try it by myself.
