1. I have been taken gymnastics since i was 3 it's not that u learn it....it's that u practice it...like when i first started doing it my teacher would make us do like front rolls and back rolls and quartwheels but she would spot us and the same way with backhand springs and backbends and backbend-kick over and quartwheel-roundoff-backhand-spring and she would do the same on the barre which like she just let us swing on it and once we got the hang of it she would hold on to us and do something like backhip circle or something easy...but u need TO STREACH A LOT B4 DOING ALL THAT STUFF but i was u i would pick cartwheel casue it is the easies but if u want a little bit of i don't know hardness try a backhand spring that took me a while to learn to do by myself

             HOPED I HELPED

  2. Start with Cartwheel and handstand, and then do front/back walkover before handsprings and tucks/flips.

  3. Splits are usually first since they are usually including in stretching which need alot of flexibitlity to get down!

The basics are usally next which would be a handstand then a cartwheel then once they are completed well you can move on to.....

Backbends! These are good to learn they also warmup and stretch your back for more tumbling(such as back handspring) so after that....either do

Front or back handspring (front walkovers or front limbers may help the front handspring!) when doing this remeber stretch out your backhandspring and lock arms also keeps legs straight!

Frontflip..Backflip (do you mean a tuck?) These should be done last after you perfect your handsprings!

    Good Luck!

  4. Okay I just quit taking gymnastics but I have taken gymnastics since I was 4 so i think i can help! :)

It's not really about learning, but practicing it could take a year to learn like a front handspring and your body has to be ready for it. Usually kids start out with like rolls and stuff but if you're ready you don't have to.

I would start out with streches first (obviously, BUT STRECH ALOT) Then practice handstands--use a wall if you need to then gradually work to without it.

Then practice cartwheels, this is one of the main things of gymnastics and don't go on until you master it.

Then PRACTICE backbends and master them, after that try kicking over.

Next on a TRAMPOLINE you should practice front flips and back flips. Do front first and learn it (i didn't learn to backflip for a few years after front flips)

I don't know if you're doing these tricks with a professional but you really need to because well duh there's injury but some with experience might need 2 guide you.

After you learn all those tricks do front handsprings on the trampoline and work your way to the floor and mats.

Back handsprings took me the longest!!! So wait to do thosee. You're probably gunna need a lot of help and spotting

As for the splits you cant train your body to do those by streching and practicing everday by going lower gradually. But don't push you're self too far THE LAST thing you want is a muscle torn down there :P

Hope really hope you can learn these. Remember to make sure you're doing them with with some who knows what they're doing and can spot you don't teach them to yourself. I learned that from thousands of gymnastic lessons!

    GOOD LUCK :D
