Gymnastics and Tumbling help!!?

where can i get wrist gaurds to protect my wrists from breaking when i do backhandsprings? my wrists are shaking so bad. my tumbling coach makes me do 220 backhandsprings in one hour. today was my first day and i have a perfect backhandspring and soon im gonna do round off backs. please tell me where i can get something to keep my wrists in place!

  1. I have really weak wrists and i got tiger paws. they helped me allot! well worth the money!


  2. If you are doing that many springs then of course your wrists are gonna hurt...

    To tell you the truth, i wouldn't reccomend getting any guards or braces.  Instead what you need to do is strengthen your wrists.  Do wrist curls with soup cans... i know it sounds kinda stupid but if you start wearing wrist gaurds, your wrists will never get better
