am i too old to do gymnastics? can i start a class somewhere in colorado? close to denver? I just want to get fit and it looks so like so much fun.

No, you're not too old!   Try 5280 Gymnastics in Wheat Ridge.  It has more of a recreational facet than most gyms.  Have fun!
