Gymnastics help!!?

i NEED to get this for my floor routine and when i do my backhandspring...

-as i go back instead of keeping my arms strieght they bend I CANT HELP IT!

-my legs are apart.

PLEASE HELP. i have a competition friday and a pep-rally tomorow i need thiss!

  1. gymnastics do more harm then good...


  2. I know it sounds cliche but just keep practising. It's gonna happen no matter what until your arms get stronger. The more speed and power you have the quicker it goes and then your arms won't bend as much. If you can try running into it, do a roundoff first
