Gymnastics help!?!?

i'm a level 3 in gymnastics and i need some tips on walking on my hands. and plz i need to know by next week!!!

  1. pinch the penny meaning keep ur butt tight as well as everything else and keep toes pointed lean forward so your feet are ahead of ur hands and slowly move forward. start slow untill you get stronger. good luck


  2. to do handstand walks?

    always keep your core TIGHT!

    like so tight that you can't breathe! :)

    and also, keep your toes ahead of your hands..

    it's hard to picture..but if you're toes are always ahead, then you'll keep heading forward.

All it takes is practice... so just be on your hands as often as you can!  To build up your shoulder strength, try walking in place.  Just kick up to a handstand and see how many times you can pick up your hands.  If you can't stay up long enough to do very many steps, try doing it against a wall.  And remember to stay tight!
