i'm starting rhythmic gymnastics on sunday. i've never done it before so i want to know what to expect. what kind of things do they do at level 1 rg?

  1. Rhythmic is bad. Artistic Gymnastics is a whole lot better and satisfying.

Well. just have fun and strech. they do a lot of graceful dancing and like things with jump ropes, ribbons, and many other cool things. work on everything streching. like pointed toes, arched back(well it's not that good for you) streched leggs, straight leggs, streched shoulders. Any other things to. just have fun!!!!

  3. well you will probably be working on your splits and your back flexibility to be a rhythmic gymnast you need to be very flexible in almost every part of your body

  4. Prepare to stretch a lot because that's all the rhythmics at my gym do.
