Gymnastics..?

i am asking this for my friend not me, she did gymnastics when she was 4 and her gym closed and so she never went back to it. she can do: handstands, backwalkovers, front handsprings, cartwheels, front tucks, backhip circle on bar, can switch to highbar from lowbar by herself, dive rolls, front/back rolls, ect.. she is 15 and like a level 2 or 3. her shoulders are uneven kinda where it hurts if she does certain things. she is really good at vault. she is starting back handsprings. she really wants to be elite, of course she would love to be in the olympics but she would like to just be elite. do you think she still has a fighting chance in competing in this sport? she is dedicated and very passionate about this sport. its like her life. just a random question about gymnastics: do having bunions affect your performance in gymnastics? thanks everyone.

  1. hehe...bunions

  2. i would say she has a chance but she will have to practice at least 48 hours like me im 12 years and i already have my front walkover front punch roundoff backhandsring double twisting layout

  3. if she was a 4 year old doing front tucks and backhip circles, she is absolutely amazing.

if she is only a level 2-3 there is no way shes going to be elite.

if she wants to be that good. shes going to have to work very hard!

in the gym 3-4  hours a day.

    everyday.

if shes serious about this, shes going to need a coach!

    and be on a team.

i hope i helped and good luck to your friend=]
