I start gymnastic next week and i was wondering what kind of stretches should i do to prepare for if so i can get my flexibility up and ready?

  1. you do all kinds of streches at gymnastics, at the first class you go to, they will tell you what kinds of streches to do, so you dont have to overdo it at home, then after the first class, do the streches they showed you daily and before every lesson. some streches i recommmend is spreading your legs wide on the ground and streching over each leg so you can touch your toes or feet. you dont have to touch your toes, because the first time you try this strech,your muscles are not used to being in that form. let me kno if you need any more help! :)
