What are the tapes that the girls use on their wrists, and sometimes feet and ankles? Where can I buy them? Also, where can I buy grips? Average pricing?

grips cost about 40 to 50 $$ but if u but the ones without the dowles (used on kkids normally) mabey 20 u can the tapes at a local drug store. the tapes they use r 4 weak wrists or injured grips include the grips lol n wrist bands if ur bands start to wear out just buy new ones from the gym owner
