  1. yes...it helped me learn. on the ground... put your front leg bent to your chest (or however high you can go) and the back leg straight back, like a split, and slowly start to straighten your front leg into a split as far as you can go.  each time you do this, go further and further with your front leg. eventually you will get a split!!!!!! =)

  2. Put your legs out in a side split (it doesn't have to be far) and put on some music. Stretch to the right for 8 counts, then center, then left, then center again. Then do that for 4 counts, then 2, then 1 count, but go twice around for the 1's. Then, put one leg in front of you, slightly bent, and the other behind you slightly bent. Make sure there is space between the two legs. Stretch to your front leg for 8-16 counts. Then stretch the front leg. If you can get your nose to your knees then try to get your stomach on your leg (and flex your foot, and pull your stomach onto your knees. You can feel the burn) Then, straighten that back foot and go into your split. Then, next time put your left leg in the front and the right in the back. Hold the counts (read above) and go into your split. If you do this everyday, you should see your split improve.

  3. Just do right, left and straddle every day until you are all the way down. I have mine perfect and thats all I did. I got them in about two weeks if not less.

  4. Do lunges

Then: straghten your front leg and put your nose to your knee and your elbows to the ground!

Then: Practice your splits pusing down slightly over the days.

    SEE THE RESULTS!

  5. I would get in my good leg split and hold it for 30 seconds then go down a little farther and hold it for 30 sec i would do this 3-4 times then do the other leg and middle doing the same thing.

    Hope this helps=)

  6. I'm doing an thing that i put one foot kinda of fair away and then touch  my toes for 5 seconds and then do that to the other foot then do that together.
