Gymnasts and dancers i need your help !!!!?

Hi i really need your help if your a gymnast or a dancer or you can answer anyway if u want to but my question is wat stretches do u do, and plz name every single stretch and give some instructions plz i would also appreciate any other tips or imformation thankyou

  1. yes stretching is a big thing, and you want to make sure your streching well and warming up all your muscle's. But Make sure you are relaxed it helps when streching. lie on your tummie up near a wall and push your legs away from each other, into splits but onto your tummie. =] stay there for about 2min's! This One Works The Best for me improving in splits


  2. dude relax stretch how ever u want right splits, sit In right splits for like a minute, then same with left, then sit in center splits, and walk ur hands forward and try to touch the floor with ur belly. legs in front of you kiss ur knees for 8 counts. then roll on ur belly and push ur self up using hands first then no hands. remember keep ur hips on the floor. the on u back push ur self against a wall and open ur legs in middle splits. sit there for like 5 min yes it hurts. what I do to help my back is i start standing then i do a bridge and stretch that way. also try palates  

  3. well do you take classes? if you do just do exactly what they so only at home like after my ballet class i go home and for the next week i will do the exact plie combination. then i will do the stretches on the floor. also hold your splits for at least a minute and you will start to feel more flexible!
