Gym Gymnastics

Gymnastics Club follows the CanGym system and it is a nationally recognized badge program for gymnastics. Boys and girls focus on learning skills using the vault, bars, beams, floor exercise, rings and trampolines. Approximately 60 skills are presented in each level with the program covering 14 levels. CanGym can accommodate the beginner through to the advanced recreational gymnast.

Flip Factory’s CanGym classes are of mixed levels for boys and girls. Each participant is encouraged to work to their full potential. for your child’s safety and comfort please consider the following:long hair must be tied back -is theri an age that is required to do this, that u guy can see by reading this cse its all the info they have on the whole site.

  1. okay i started gym at exactly age 13, & it took me a while to find a gym that didnt have "beginner classes and by the way you cant be over ten"

what you have to do is email or phone every, and i mean every gym near you, sometimes some that are even a little distance away. join the gym club at your school. every big thing starts somewhere little:)

and once you find a gym, which you will, if you wanna be spared the embarrasment of training with younger kids, maybe get private lessons. or you could alternatively, begin training in september, and spend the summer practising? remember you must be very flexible and very strong ( :

oh and starting at 13 didnt sway me at all, i'm actually a good gymnast now, almost level 8.
