Gynecomastia Surgery Results?

I had a gynecomastia surgery 1 month ago and my chest isn't flat still. My doctor is currentyl on vacation so I can't consult him about my condition. I am worried that it won't get flat (although it has reduced it size).

When will I be able to see the final results, based on avg patients? How much more can my chest reduce? My surgery was performed with laser.
