I need Highjump Help. (H H) I can clear 5 feet by a lot. BUT I'm knocking the bar off with my feet. Because I'm not flipping fast enough over the bar. BUT i can't seem to flip faster! ANY HELP? Or ideas????

  1. Just jump in the air as high as you can and try to jump really high, also practice strecthign your legs ie: do butterflys and try to put your foot over your head even if you cant keep trying everyday and it will help you stretch your legs, andhelp you keep them together and youll know how to jump with them and try swingin your feet over like little tables and stuff

  3. kick you feet up. when you land, you may look stupid but you should have your feet straight up in the air.

  4. i assume you are doing flop? when you practice go to the side of the mat and just flip onto the mat trying to pull your feet over your head. keep doing that without the bar, then go to the bar and do the same thing. you should also try doing chest jumps. it will help when you go over the bar.
