h0w can i have an obe? an out of body experience..all i do is lay there brethe in and out but nothing happens.. i try and consentrate but still nothing...im not even sure that an obe is possible...i need sujestions...and help on how to..

Very few have experience this and it isn't something that you can just do.

It is usually triggered by a tramatic event, something that you should not try as you probably won't recover to tell someone that you had the experience.

If this is a subject you are interested in, go to your nearest library and find a book on the subject.

If you are interested in something specific, you can find someone like a psycologist, to hipnatize you.

Like HSK's momma has already said if they happen at all, .if the experience is meant for you it wont pass by you.Stay healthy.

I don't think that it is something that you can consciously control.   I think it is one of those things that just happens- if it happens at all.

It's possible and not possible, you can't really rule anything out though, OBE usually happens during your sleep but are generally ruled out as just a dream. Since your completely relaxed while sleeping it's the most possible time to have one of those experiences. Hope i Helped :)
