H1 B Visa, Am i Eligible. If not how can I ??

Hi,

My story.... After Completeing my Class X , I have Joined for 12th but i have discotinued my 12th calss (Intermediate) due to Some problems. In the next year I have Joind my B.com Degree (Open University) I have done My A+,MCSE & CCNA and i have certifications also and also i have 1year 9 Months of experience.

Am i Eligible for H1b Visa ?

If not How can I, Is there any Ways ???

To qualify for an H-1B you need a bachelors degree or equivilent.

Also, the H1B quota for this year has been reached. Meaning, if you did find an employer willing to sponsor and petition you for said visa, then they would have to send if the peition before April 1st 2009 for an October 2009 start.
