H1B Bsc (IT) Sikkim Mahipal University Eligibility?

I have 3 Years Education from Bsc (IT) Sikkim Mahipal University and 4 Years work exprience in IT software development , I wanted to know wither I am eligible for H1B Visa application - Please some one help. I need to know this ASAP- Thanks

As far as I understand this, You need to have a four year bachelor's degree to be eligible for H1B visa. I am sure you can do a special graduate and finish your fourth year of education and then apply for H1B. Also, H1B education seats are different from others and is easier to get H1B through education sector.

To be elgible for an H-1B you requires a bachelor’s or higher degree (or equivalent) in the specific specialty for which employment authorization is being sought.

You also need an employer willing to sponsor and petition your visa application before you make the application and just so you know the H-1B is an oversubscribed category meaning there are more applicants than there are visas available. The deadline for H-classification visas is April 1st for an October start. Last year, the entire quota of H1Bs went in the first day.
