H1B fees refund?

I was told by my agent ( who has applied for my H1B visa) that my application was not picked up in Lottery. Could you please tell me, how much refund, in how much time I will get?

If your agent has been notified that you are not selected, you will get the complete feed as refund.

- USCIS, might not have deposited your check.

If your agent get the letter from USCIS, he should get all your paper back along with your application fees.

- However, I do not understand why are you paying for the H1B application fees. According to law, petitionar [company] has to pay the H1B application fees.
