H1B if not selected in lottery - will there be any processing fee??

Can any one please tell me if my H1B application is rejected in lottery, will filing company deduct any money for processing. If yes, how much it could be?

  1. I couldn't understand what you meant by, "H1B if not selected in lottery". H1B visa is filed by the prospective US employer on behalf of an overseas immigrant seeking temporary work visa in the US to work for that employer.

    If the visa application is rejected, it could be on account of either the employer not furnishing the application properly, not complying with the rules required to apply for a H1B visa, having the wrong type of employer profile or if the application has exceeded the quota of 65,000 H1B visas that are issued annually.

    If the prospective employer has raised the application costs from the prospective employee and the application has been rejected, he/she might or might not return the money as per contract between the prospective employer and employee.
