Most said it was great, others said it was terrible.

I already ordered to buy this mop and try it out,

but is there a refund or money back guarantee offer?

I was told that a refund would cost expensive shipping.

Yes! These companies hide fees in the shipping, so that they never lose money! I once tried to ship a similar project back and the cost would have been almost $20, practically the cost of the item. It wasn't worth it to ship it back, and the ups guy that came to pick it up agreed! I just payed the initial $30 for the product and kept it. You save money that way, hope that helped you out!
