H2B visa interview, consulate gave me green paper what does it mean?

I just had my H2B visa interview a few days ago,, the consulate told me that she doesn't have any problem issueing me a visa but need to verified my employer, and she gave me a gree paper that has a mark on the bottom part , saying something like need administrative processing what does it mean did i pass the interview someone said green paper is better that blue paper, and the embassy person said they will call me back.. i need all the information i can get to know my visa situation.. pls..........

Each embassy color codes differently, so it depends what embassy location you are referring to.  Nevertheless, based on your description, the green sheet means that if the information you provided can be verified, they will notify you when to pick up the visa.  If your information cannot be verified, you will not be issued the visa.
