I will be soon on h1 and my wife on h4.

My wife is in the final year of her Masters degree course (MCA) from Gujarat University- India

During the last semester she has to ungergo Full time project work. The university allow's a student to go for International Project.

Being a student of Indian University, Can she undergo project work in any US company- with a fact she will be holding H4 visa?

Your wife cannot work on an H4 visa.  She can work WITH a US company on her project, as long as she isn&#039;t actually being employed and paid.
