Question:

HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH YAHOO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I have filled out a delete post request form several times. Each time I give Yahoo all of the specific details they ask for including the URL and each time I receive what appears to be an auto-generated response that states they will be happy to help me but I would need to provide them with the info asked for on their form...and it goes on like this in a continuous cycle: I provide them with exactly the information they request and they resend another e-mail requesting the info...if I reply to the e-mail I get another e-mail back stating they do not reply to e-mails and to fill out the form. This happens over and over and over and over. If this has happened to anyone else please let me know how you resolved your issue. I suppose I could send a letter to Yahoo Corporate Headquarters return receipt mail with my request if customer service is unable to help on line.

  1. Use the phone to call customer service.  It takes a long time, but talking to real people makes a difference.

If that fails write a letter to the CEO.  He has people that will make sure you get an answer.

    Worked for me!
