was it worth it? did you find a job without TOO MUCH trouble? did it prepare you for the job well?

how much did you make a night? week? month?

give me some advise and tips please...

No, but I have been and around the retaurant industry for quite a while and have heard that they are a rip.  Most bar owners I talk to say they just have to un-teach you bad habbits, and you not not get the "instant placement" they are probably offering, you still have to work your way up, since you have no experience.

I you have the $$ to spare, then what can it hurt?  I would suggest getting a job waiting tables in a good restaurant, and be clear to them that you would like to move into a bardtending position.
