I did too ;; thats my boy but i saw it underwater then i was like oh okayy.. And if you have ANY DOUBT after watching this ;; then i dont get that... Cuz ppl are saying the other guy touched it first and it prolley did not set off the sensors but he didnt even do that...

michael phelps may not have clearly won it, but hey he beat him by 0.01 seconds, thats what seperates gold from silver.

however if they were swimming a 50, the other guy would have clearly won, but they swam a 100 and phelps won, so who cares?

the touch pads are extremely accurate, and they already tryed to petition that the other guy won, and it was overruled, he won it fair and square yo.

but like the person above said, the touchpads are pretty accurate.

Its not what it looks, its what the touchpads get. The eye cant catch this tiny separation of 0.01 second. Thos toucpads are the best around. Thats y they r used in the olympics. They are pretty darn accurate.

I think Phelps won but I wouldn't go as far to say that it means anything to me.

And they were only 1/100th of a second apart. I wouldn't have considered either of them to be losers regardless to who touched it first. It's pretty much the same. And yes, there is a difference between losing by 1 second and 1/100th of a second.
