HAVING CONNECTION ISSUIES WITH DSL NEED HELP

ok first of all i have a action tec gt704WG wirless router its been acting up latley.. . the dsl light just turns off randomly but there is some weird twist to it.... it starts blinking as soon as it goes solid i contacted dsl about it and i lost my pateince with them and hang up! (before my internet was fine) i called them with my house phone and all of a sudden THE dsl light goes solid the internet light to! and i start surfing the web awaiting help but then i guees its fine now so i hang up and it goes BACK OFF!!!!! I WAS LIKE WTF? I TRIED TO CALL AGIAN AND IT DID THE SAME THING!!!!!!!!!!!!! O_o IM going to throw this lousy piece of **** out the window! ^_^ sorrry if this was unclear i was really mad while typing

lol chill. it's probably something wrong with your phone lines. check the phones lines if they are all plugged in

Did you install the DSL filter on your home phone?  You are describing noise interference with the DSL signal.  Since the voice and DSL signal are sharing the same copper wire you should have a DSL filter.

Relax.  It's probably something incredably simple.

Check your DSL line filters, make sure phone lines are plugged in and not sharply kinked or obviously damaged.  Unplug the modem/router for 10 seconds and then reboot your computer.  That should reset the connection if it got stuck somewhere.

Maybe call your ISP and have them check things out if that doesn't fix it...
