HAs anyone ever had an animal totem spirit guide visit them?

If your animal totem kept appearing to you, how did you handle it? Which type of animal guide was it?

The hawk appears to me regularly, as does the grey fox.  I just accept them as signs that I am traveling down the right path (hawk) and to be a little more 'invisible' (grey wolf).
