HCF & Medicare rebates for Breast Reduction Surgery? ?

Does anyone out there know how much out of pocket you are after having this surgery? Do any funds cover it 100% ?

My surgery was $8,000 but was covered by my insurance 100 per cent.  It really depends on the insurance company, insurance plan, and how picky your company is with coverage, and if you go out of your network.

Medicare Doesn't cover anything that is considered experimental ..

Even though it has been preformed before Medicare still classifies it as experimental.  If it is causing health issues you would have to fight like h**l to get them to cover it

If you are doing it for cosmetic reasons than sorry you have to come out of pocket
