HD camera??

Question

Does any one know were i can get a cheap video camera with the following features.

#1 HD

#2 digital with usb

#3 convenient file format (avi, mpeg,) or some other good format

#4 good with diferent lighting

#5 good sound

Between $100 and $300 give or take 20-50 dollars

off the back of a truck (stolen) sorry but you are living in the sky. I know things are cheap in the States but not that. i think you need to save up at least $800+

Go for Mini DV still the best quality beats any dvd/hdd camcorder..................................

$100 - $300? What? The start out at about $800! Except for those point and shoot ones companies like aiptek makes. but those things have horrible video. theres no stablizer to not make the video jumpy. the audio is really bad on them too. and you also need a very well lit room. oh and they really dont have many different functions or settings. if you want to spend $300 try one of the Canon DVD camcorders. with how far along upconvert dvd players have come, youll get a really nice picture. or try the panasonic hard drive camcorder. the 40gb model is about $450, but you can get it on sale good from time to time.

100$ -300$ is pretty much impossible to find given the expectations you put in..., but a way to get one for maybe 500$ is look for a brand noone knows about.. for example i got a cheap camcorder by some noname company for 100$ when it is worth 250$
