HD tv tuner will not pick up channel 23fox?

I have a HD tv tuner hooked up to a antenna and get all the channels exepted for 23fox. any ideas would be great thanks

Locals channels are arranged by law, and assing to different markets if you live on and are where fox doesn't provide programming per your location you need to have a service provider that can add a DNS (distance Network Service) for another city like New York and/or LA. Fox with grant a waiver and provide you with the service.
