    that is 11+ pages ALL about cholesterol but in short HDL is good cholesterol and LDL is bad LDL is bad because elevated levels can clogg your arteries leading to heart disease (heart attack etc.) HDL is called good because it can prevent the process that leads to heart disease it also removes LDL and transports it to be eliminated. If you have have high ldl levels it's good to get some OMEGA 3 fatty acids in your body (wild salmon....don't eat farmed salmon) they are good sources for HDL.

    this one is on heart disease (samething as cardiovascular disease because cardiovascular's definition is "of, relating to, or involving the heart and blood vessels")..just to be specific.

    since you were worried about cholesterol and all the other things you mentioned I'm sure high blood pressure is what would be of concern to you.

    well stamina and burning calories together I would say the main point is the more you burn calories (WORK OUT) with discipline you will gain more stamina which basically means you can go for longer periods of time.
