Where would I get heavy duty springs for the back of my short wheel base 91 suzuki vitara

Since these are leaf springs, coming off the car anyway, you can remove them and take them to a workshop who should be able to put another (sometimes called a "helper" or "assister") leaf on your original ones.  Or try the 4X4 magazines, or the owners' club for advice.'
