HEEELLLPPPP willl i get in legal trouble!?

Question

if i use my sisters atm card, she is not home but her card is and we need groceries in the house if i attempt to use her atm card in an atm machine will i get in some kind of trouble?

First to use an atm you need a password, which unless u have her permission to use her card, you dnt have.  If you dont have her permission then YES you could get in SERIOUS trouble.

only if she decides to press charges against you but that wouldn't beuntil after you use the card and she goes through her bank to get the picture off the camera in the atm machine

If you are doing with her permission then that's nothing wrong.You can draw the money if you know the password.But if she doesn't like it,then you'll be in trouble.Machine knows only the magnetic strip and the password associate to it,it won't ask for the exact account holder to operate it.So get her permission and password and draw the money.

She can change the password after wards to avoid misusing the card.

It is a federal crime in which if you use it you will spend the next few years in prison. Even if your sister doesnt press charges the feds will and you will spend time in prison. I know someone who did this and she killed herself rather than face time in prison. Dont be stupid. If you need help ASK for it.
