HEIGHT OF BRANCHES OVERHANGING A PAVEMENT?

I wish to know the legal minimum height of tree branches overhanging the pavement and road. I assume there must be a legal height for both due to health and safety issues. I know the local council will know but I am always at work during their office hours.

  1. 13' 6" is required to allow for the safe passage of Commercial Vehicles on all through streets.

  2. ~~As far as I know each city has different ordinances. Our city enforces none of these! It's just dangerous how some of the vines and bushes with thorns and harsh leaves hang to the sidewalk making it an obstacle for walking safely. I wish home owners would care more too!~~
