I dont think it is any higher in germany than other places, You have to consider this,  I think we are hard wired to who ,. what type of person we are attrracted to ,    much like we are hard wired to like a certain hair color,  or to like a certain eye color,  

I personally find men with some color to their skin, attractive,  i dont like either extreme, it is not something that i decided, it has just always been that way.

now one difference might be that the cultures acceptance of interracial  relationships may make it appear as if they are more attracted to   but it may just be that the german culture is more accepting of the relationship than other cultures.
