HELLPP!! teeth whitening?

I've tried bleaching my teeth with a home kit I saw in an advertisement and I have also tried strips how do I get movie star teeth not to expensive?

When i first had my braces put onto my teeth the dentist told me that so many things will stain my teeth so every timee i had Cherryade or cola or anything with alot of sugar in it i had to brush my teeth for 7 minuets !

I didnt keep to it ! lol

But i did bush my teeth for 7 minuets every morning and everynight and flossed and also mouth wash and i would say within a month my teeth were sparkling white !

Seriously i had never had teeth so white , so i kept brushing lol

that is the best and safest way to get your teeth looking naturally white x*x

When you find out, let me know !!  I have tried various whitening kits, toothpaste etc.  nothing seems to work too well.  The dentist is the only other option for about £200 !!
