  1. There are different designs of trampolines. Assuming your trampoline is a round home type trampoline, one of the legs may have come a little loose from its sleeve on the frame. Also obviously, the ground must be level.

Try have several adults pick the trampoline up completely off the ground a few inches and everyone pull GENTLY out on it and then rest it gently back on the ground and have everyone GENTLY pull up on it. Next take a light 10 lb sledge and a block of wood to cushion any raps you may want to give the frame. Next walk around the trampoline and look for any joints either on the round top or where the legs join the top that are not tight and completely together. If you find any, place the block of wood against the steel and hit the wood with your hammer to drive the frame completely tight at that point. This may help your trampoline to straighten out.

  2. I say take it back to the store you bought it at, tell them it is defective, which it is obviously. If you cant do that call the number on the box, if you still have it (if not look the internet) and tell them what happen maybe they will compensate you or at least help you figure out the warped taco situ. :o)

    Hope you figure it out.

  3. needs to be placed on level ground. need to remove the springs and start re tightening the tramp. as directed in the directions. have a great day.
