  1. first ice for 20 min where it hurts then take advil once you have iced for 20 min leave it off for 10 then repeat do  this 2-3 times then stretch

  2. Yes you should ice your arm after a game for bout 20 mins. Remember to keep your arm warm during the game. And asked to get pulled from the game when you feel arm pain. A 12 year old should not pitch a full game. So watch out. In out league we have kids on pitch counts. After 35 pitches you need 2 days rest. And after 80 you need 4. Just try to remember to ask the coach to take you out if you feel arm pain.

  3. Could be a muscle that hasnt healed and you continue to pitch. I would rest your arm. Remember to get a good pregame exercise in. Do some running and jumping jacks to get the blood flowing. It could also be your not throwing enough before the game. Throw with intensity before the game. Throw around 10 and then rest and then throw another set of 10 and rest again until you get to the pitch amount your expected to pitch in the game. For example if your expected to throw 80 pitches then throw 80 pitches in sets in the pen. Also it could be your motion. I can't see your motion and so i cant evaluate it. Remember to push off with your legs and use momentum to throw the ball and not just your arm. Icing really isnt important. If you ice then thats fine but if you don't then its not a big deal. Heating helps much more then ice. good luck and hope your arm feels better.

  4. I dont get your question. Do u mean get something if your arm hurts after the game, cause after u pitch a full game you should ice your arm for 20 minutes.
