When my wife and I came down to South Carolina to visit her mother, we saw this strange looking animal.
It was towards evening, and it was eating next to the cat in the backyard. When it saw us looking at it, it stood up on its hind legs-standing about 2 1/2 feet tall- and then took off running -really fast!
This animal looked like a cat-but it wasn't a cat. It was longer and skinnier, and it had a long tail with a white tip at the end.
Plus, about a week later after we saw this, one of the people who lived next door had some rabbits in a pen outside of their home, and something go into the cage and ate the rabbits. We think it could of been the animal we saw, but the thing about it is is that what ever that ripped the cage open had to have REALLY strong jaws because the cage was built strong in the first place.
Note: IT WAS NOT A fox, raccoon, squirrel, ringtail, wolverine, badger, mink, oppossum, or a bobcat.
We think it could be some rare animal. Or maybe even an animal who doesn't live in the United States.
