Please give me a description of a thread viewed under a low power objective and a high power objective under a microscope.

Low power: you can see the sides of each thread, and barley see the fibers making them up.

High power: You will see the fibers making up the thread and may not see the sides of the thread.  The field will be darker than on low power as well.
