ok so i go to get a checkup by my doctor and she takes my weight and how tallI' I'm 5'2 and i weigh in at 185 but I'mm not like fat i have a flat tummy and im in pretty good shape i do have a jlo but though my doctor tells me i need to lose 80 pounds in 6 months no i could have problems in the futurer i don't know what to do please tell me how i can lose 80 pounds as fast as i can iam not lazy or a Babbie about these things don't hold back

  1. eat small portion 4-6 times a day (no fat food and lots of vegetables and fruits no pepsi ......)

    exercise 3 times a week (walking or running is good )

    drink lots of water

    u should ask ur dr. sometimes they can give u medication 4 that or some kinds of herbs

  3. Hi..don't get discouraged by the rude comments. I am 5'4 and weigh 144. I had gained a lot of weight because of a medicine my dr put me on, so I've been dieting as well. The best way to take off weight and keep it off is to eat low fat. I cut out regular sodas (sometimes I just have 1/2 of one..try drinking diet sodas. Sometimes we don't realize how many calories we take in just by drinking soda! Also. try to buy everything lowfat or fat free. Make a habit of it. After a while, it gets to be normal and you will seek out fat free things. Do not eat fried foods! I bake everything! Diet meals are great for controlling your calorie intake. I eat breakfast..either cereal w/fat free milk, a nutrigrain bar, etc..then for lunch, a diet meal..there are sooo many that are under 200 calories and under 8gm of fat...then for dinner, I eat a normal meal..just fill your plate with mostly vegetables. If you eat meat, eat a portion the size of your fist or smaller. Don't eat seconds. Also, try to use that fat free/calorie free butter when you cook or season. If you like to snack, get some healthy snacks..like granola bars, fruit, pickles, fatfree pudding, small candies, etc. Try your best to stay under 1400 calories a day. In the beginning, it will seem kind of hard, but after you get used to it, it will just be normal. I have lost 10 lbs so far and I want to lose another 15 more. I try to exercise when I can..even if it's just a short walk, dancing in my room, parking far away in a parking lot, doing some sit-ups while watching t.v., etc..just try to fit little things into your day.   4. Find a new doctor! Any good doctor will tell you that loosing more than 2 or 3lbs a week is bad for you. Ask your health teacher if you want more advice. Because no good doctor would tell you that you NEED to loose weight unless you are morbidly obese they would just say that you should.

  9. If your problem is drinking a lot in the weekends am talking about alcohol you need to stop!!it gives you cellulite! he he.that's a fact!!and you will loose weight

  10. i would eat salad and special k because they really work. also i would walk once a day and workout.maybe you should join  sport at your school or start to play one with just  friends.

  13. oh..see it's you. it's your weight, and your health. so wether you loose that weight or not is up to you.

    watch what you eat, but most importantly exercise!!!!!!!! go to the gym, they can actually be fun. you can even get a friend to go with you. or join a sport.

    btw am 5'2 and 115.

    you need to loose weight for your own good.

  14. Try swimming, I found it the quickest way to get fitter without going to the gym.
