  4. Take a break and put on some music you like...lie down and take deep breaths and think only about the music.  When you are trying to get through something, like social situations, think about what you want out of it.  I am not shy, but I am stubborn and have to motivate myself constantly, I know that by completing each step and I am closer to realizing my ultimate goals.  Just remember that it is all part of the big picture and focus on what you want out of life.

  5. Hey there

I used to suffer from dreadful anxiety and panic attacks...Speak to a doctor who may give you some form of drug..but you must be careful with these as they are habit forming.

when you worry about things and you say.."what happems when i go there if this happens"??   blah blah blah....That behaviour is never ending.....you need a thing called cognitive therapy where you change your thinking thus changing how you feel, because all these things we worry will happen, have you noticed, they never do!!!!!

if things continue speak to your doctor about cognitive therapy....cheers

  6. oh man.. I use to get that all the time. What I started doing was just carrying pepto bismol or immodium with me, just in case.

IT made me feel better knowing I had it most times and I didnt even have to take it. Anxiety sucks.

For some strange reason..drinking water when I felt that way would help to. I would carry a bottle of water and just sip on it. Good Luck.
