HELP! BMI is too high....how to get healthy?

I am in desperate need to get healthy/lose weight....ever since i stopped dancing for my studio i have put on some weight. I have asthma so it affects how long i can go running and to do any meaningful cardio work, which really disappoints me because i want to exercise but im not sure how to in order to lose some of the weight i gained. (i am not one of those people who want to lose 3 dress sizes in 30 days!)

Anybody have any ideas? Want to share some of your work out routines?? Any way to eat healthier?

  1. First thing to do is eat healthy

    Don't have too much junk food and fried things, there are a lot of alternative healthy choices , does a chicken salad wrap sound good?

    For exercise it's good to do a combination of things. The general things like using weights to tone up, lunges and crunches are good but there are many other ways to do it. If you want more ideas feel free to email me!
