I am in desperate need to get healthy/lose weight....ever since i stopped dancing for my studio i have put on some weight. I have asthma so it affects how long i can go running and to do any meaningful cardio work, which really disappoints me because i want to exercise but im not sure how to in order to lose some of the weight i gained. (i am not one of those people who want to lose 3 dress sizes in 30 days!) Anybody have any ideas? Want to share some of your work out routines?? Any way to eat healthier? Thank you in advance! :)
