HELP!! Burnt my nose a year ago and still have red streak!! How can I get rid of it!?

I burnt my nose realllly bad about a year and a half ago..There is now a red streak that goes down the middle of my nose and if I go in the sun it gets brighter.

Is there any type of plastic surgery/laser that could get rid of this line! I also want it off so it doesn't turn into skin cancer!
