  1. The nail polish remover probably will have no effect on the carpet.  The soap and water may have a deeper impact as the soap oftentimes is not diluted enough and causes dirt to adhere to the spot.  I would simply get a white towel and put it over the spot until it is fully dry.  Keep on blotting the spot with the white towel, but don't work it anymore, just leave the towel to blot the spill while it dries.  You should be fine.

  2. you should use nail polish remover. or alcohol. try using rubbing alcohol if you use alcohol...and dont work anything in too much, because itl just make the stain seep deeper into the carpet.

  3. dry it up and itll be fine

  4. Nail polish remover won't hurt your carpeting...in fact, that is one of the things they recommend to remove nail polish when you spill it on your carpeting.  Just blot it up, and let it dry.  It'll be fine.

  5. Sounds to me like your ok.......by just a little wiping.......but dad and mom might have you hanging in the furnace room in the morning:) nite

  6. just dry it up it will be ok
