I dont eat eggs AT ALL so don't tell me to use those egg replacers that come in packets because they usually contain egg whites which i cannot eat and also they dont sell them here (i live in South eastern asia). No gelatin because that is obtained from animals tissues. HELP!!!

  1. emes makes a kosher gel if you like that kind of stuff.

but if you want a good alternative for eggs in loaf and patties try blending 1 can of garbanzos (chick peas) till smooth and use 4 tab = 1 egg for binder. sorry about the souffle i think the egg give it flavor although i personally do not make souffle's myslef to much like work to make them work.

  2. Fatgirls' idea sounds good.

I wasn't able to find an eggless vegetarian chocolate souffle recipe but I would like to point out, if you can find Ener-G egg replacer, it is vegan.

You can also try looking for alternatives to gelatin, such as agar-agar.

  3. Blitz down tofu until it's a paste/heavy cream consistency, add melted chocolate and leave to set in fridge for at least 5 hours.

  4. souffle without eggs? blasphemy!
