Yes, you definitely can do this!! And you probably could do this without summer school if you work hard during the year. You won't be spending 6 hours in a classroom every day with online school, so all your time is spent completing assignments.

Yes you can depending on how you do it.  Check out www.pvcsonlinehighschool.org

If you complete courses with an A or B, you can move through at your own pace.

Earn extra credits by taking easy elective classes at the community college for triple the credit.

Earn credits through work experience,

etc.

If you work really hard and don't have a summer I think you can but I havn't done it online so I'm not sure if it's any different. But that's the nice thing about home schooling is you can finish faster.
