I'm currently 185. I'm currently having trouble with consuming enough calories (according to my doctor). I'm not eating the rights food. How do some of you other boxers eat? I've been eating small meals (5-6x a day) and its still not enough. When I spar I notice I feel like I literally have no more calories to burn, like my gas tank is on E. Please help!

  1. EXERCISES EAT A BIGGER MEL IN THE MORNING AND THAT WILL GIVE YOUR METABOLISM A JUMP START THAT COULD HELP

  2. Hey man...you have to incorporate a lot more carbohydrates in your diet (bread, pasta, cereal, oatmeal) than you are and you will see a big jump in your energy level...  In each of your 5 or 6 meals make sure you are getting lean meat, carbs and healthy calories...

Plus check out some supplements they have on the market for energy... some are terrible and leave you crashing down hard, but others a really scientifically backed and work well with your training program...

Pasta with Turkey or Hamburg, Some Vegetables, and some fruit...a coffee and a healthy desert....

Don't fill your diet with junk though...save all the room you can for Positive food

  3. EXCERSIZE!!!! Dont eat too much
